Collecting Supplies for Sierra Leone

At Wegdam Foundation, we regularly collect all kinds of useful supplies to send to Sierra Leone in large shipping containers. These containers are filled with items that support schools, children, and local communities in their daily lives.

We collect everything from school materials like paper, pens, pencils, and markers, to clothing, toys, bed sheets, and furniture. School furniture is often included, but it is just one part of a much broader effort to provide children and families with the tools they need to learn, grow, and live with dignity.

Everything we send is donated by people and organizations who want to make a real difference. Once the containers arrive in Sierra Leone, the items are carefully distributed to where they’re needed most — from classrooms to villages.

With every shipment, we bring a little more opportunity, comfort, and hope to those who need it most.
